A beautifully coloured and intensely flavoured sherry cask matured whisky from Macallan. Aged for 10 years in sherry wood, it’s bottled at 100 UK proof (57%) for more oomph. A much missed classic.

Nose: Nose is complex yet not overwhelming.

Palate: The initial rush of peat and wood smoke is followed by a gentle sweetness with hints of spice.

Finish: Quite rich and lovely smooth texture.
