We ship fine spirits directly to customers who are legally able to receive them. Alcohol shipping is regulated, so a few extra steps apply. This page explains where we ship, how much it costs, how long it takes, and what to expect on delivery. It should be read with our Terms and Conditions and Refund and Returns Policy.
1. Free Shipping on Orders of $500+
Enjoy free standard shipping on qualifying orders of $500 or more (before taxes and after discounts). Orders under $500 are charged shipping at checkout based on the delivery address and order size. Promotions may change or end at any time.
2. Who Can Receive Your Order
- Age 21+ only. An adult aged 21 or older must be present at delivery to show a valid, government-issued photo ID and provide a signature.
- The recipient’s name should match the ID. If you are sending a gift, the recipient must be 21 or older and be available to sign.
- Carriers will not leave alcohol unattended, and they may refuse to deliver if no eligible adult is present or if ID cannot be verified.
3. Where We Ship
- We ship only to addresses in states and localities where direct-to-consumer alcohol shipping is lawful and where we hold, or are covered by, the required licenses and permits.
- Some states and counties restrict or prohibit alcohol shipments, limit quantities, or require additional permits. Which areas we can serve may change. If we cannot ship to your address, we will tell you at or after checkout and cancel and refund the order.
- We do not ship to P.O. boxes, parcel lockers, or unsafe or unattended addresses. We currently do not ship outside the United States.
- It is your responsibility to make sure receiving alcohol at your address is legal.
4. Processing Time
- Orders are processed within [1 to 2] business days after payment and age/address verification clear. Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed the next business day.
- Custom-engraved items take an extra [3 to 7] business days to prepare before shipping.
- During busy seasons (such as the holidays), processing may take longer. We will email you if there is a delay.
- We may contact you to verify your age, address, or payment before shipping. Orders that cannot be verified may be delayed or cancelled.

- Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees. Carrier delays, weather, address issues, or compliance checks can add time.
- Delivery is made by third-party carriers, which may include [UPS, FedEx, or other licensed carriers].
- We do not ship alcohol on days when extreme heat or cold could damage it, and we may hold orders until conditions improve.
6. Taxes and Duties
Sales tax, excise tax, and any other applicable taxes or fees are calculated at checkout based on the delivery address, where required by law.
7. Tracking Your Order
- When your order ships, we will email you a tracking number.
- You can follow your delivery on the carrier’s website. Tracking updates may take up to 24 hours to appear.
- If your tracking has not updated in [5] business days, contact us and we will look into it with the carrier.
8. Delivery Attempts and Failed Deliveries
- Carriers usually make up to [3] delivery attempts. Please make sure an adult aged 21+ with ID is available. Some carriers allow you to reschedule or pick up from a local facility.
- If delivery fails because no eligible adult is available, ID cannot be verified, or the package is refused or unclaimed, the carrier may return the package to us. In that case:
- We will contact you to arrange re-delivery, and you may be charged re-shipping fees, or
- We may cancel the order and refund the product price less original shipping and return costs, where allowed by law.
9. Packaging
Bottles are packed in protective, shipping-grade packaging designed for glass. Orders are shipped in boxes marked as containing alcohol and requiring an adult signature, as required by law and carrier rules. Please keep all packaging until you have checked your order.
10. Address Accuracy
- Please double-check your shipping address before you submit your order. Include apartment or unit numbers, and a phone number the carrier can call.
- We are not responsible for delays or losses caused by an incorrect or incomplete address. If a package is returned because of an address error, re-shipping fees may apply.
- Once an order has shipped, we generally cannot change the address. Contact us right away if you need to correct an error, and we will do our best to help.
11. Damaged, Missing, or Lost Packages
- Inspect your package on delivery. If it arrives damaged, leaking, or tampered with, take photos and contact us within [7] days of delivery.
- If an item is missing or your package appears lost, email us and we will investigate with the carrier.

12. Multiple Items and Split Shipments
Large orders may ship in more than one package, possibly on different days, and may arrive separately. Each package will have its own tracking number, and an adult signature is required for each.
13. Order Changes and Cancellations

14. Gifts
- You can send a gift to an adult aged 21+. Please enter the recipient’s shipping address and make sure they know a delivery is coming, since someone must sign for it.
- We do not include prices on packing slips for gift orders if you tell us it is a gift.
