Welcome to Bourbon Blend Masters. These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of bourbonblendmasters.com (the “Site”) and any purchase you make through it. By accessing the Site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

2. Age Requirement (21+)

  • You must be at least 21 years old to access the Site, create an account, or purchase alcohol from us.
  • By using the Site, you confirm that you are of legal drinking age in the United States and in the place where the order will be delivered.
  • Our age-verification prompt is a first step only. We may ask for proof of age at any time, and an adult aged 21 or older with valid government-issued photo ID must be present to sign for and receive every delivery.
  • We will cancel and refund any order we reasonably believe was placed by or for a person under 21. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 21.

3. Alcohol Laws and Shipping Restrictions

  • Alcohol laws differ by state, county, and city. It is your responsibility to ensure that ordering, receiving, and possessing the products you buy is legal where you live.
  • We ship only to locations where shipping alcohol directly to consumers is lawful and where we hold or are covered by the required licenses and permits. We may refuse or cancel any order to a restricted destination, and we may ask you to confirm your delivery address and eligibility.
  • Alcohol cannot be shipped to P.O. boxes, and we may decline delivery to addresses we consider unsuitable (for example, locations where an adult cannot be present to sign).
  • Products must not be resold. You agree that you are buying for personal use or as a gift to an adult, and not for resale or distribution without the appropriate licenses.
  • Giving alcohol to anyone under 21 is illegal and is your responsibility.

4. Products and Descriptions

  • We sell bourbon, whiskey, mezcal, tequila, and other spirits, and may offer related services such as custom engraving.
  • We try to describe and photograph products accurately, but labels, packaging, vintages, bottle designs, and proof may change from the images and descriptions on the Site. Colors may appear differently on your screen.
  • All products are subject to availability. We may limit quantities, discontinue items, or substitute a product of equal or greater value (with notice) if an item becomes unavailable.

5. Pricing and Payment

  • All prices are in U.S. dollars and may change without notice. Sale prices apply while the promotion runs.
  • Prices do not include shipping, handling, or applicable taxes (including excise and sales taxes) unless stated. Taxes are calculated at checkout based on the delivery address.
  • We offer free shipping on qualifying orders of $500 or more, as announced on the Site. Offers may change or end at any time and cannot be combined unless we say so.
  • Payment is due at the time of order. By submitting payment details, you confirm you are authorized to use the payment method. We may use third-party payment processors, and we do not store full card details on our servers.
  • We may cancel an order and refund you if we find a pricing or listing error, suspect fraud, or cannot verify your payment or age.

6. Orders and Acceptance

  • Placing an order is an offer to buy. A confirmation email does not mean we have accepted it. We accept your order when we ship it.
  • We may refuse or cancel any order, in whole or in part, for reasons including product availability, pricing errors, suspected fraud, legal restrictions, or failure to verify age or address.
  • Please check your order carefully before submitting. Contact us as soon as possible if you need to change or cancel an order. We can only do so if it has not yet been shipped.

7. Shipping and Delivery

  • Estimated delivery times are not guaranteed. Delays can result from carrier issues, weather, verification checks, or legal and compliance reviews.
  • Because an adult must sign, a delivery may fail if no one aged 21 or older with valid ID is available. Carriers may return the package to us, hold it, or re-attempt delivery. You may be responsible for return shipping and re-delivery fees.
  • Risk of loss passes to you on delivery to the address you provided. You are responsible for providing a correct, complete address.

8. Returns, Damage, and Refunds

  • Because of the nature of alcohol, we generally do not accept returns of opened or consumed products or change-of-mind returns, where prohibited by law.
  • If your order arrives damaged, leaking, or incorrect, contact us at Sales@bourbonblendmasters.com within [7] days of delivery with your order number and photos of the product, packaging, and shipping label. We will repair the issue with a replacement or refund at our discretion.
  • Custom-engraved products are made to order and are non-refundable unless they arrive damaged or we make an engraving error.
  • Approved refunds go back to the original payment method.

9. Custom Engraving

  • You are responsible for checking spelling, spacing, and content before approving an engraving.
  • We may refuse text or designs that are unlawful, offensive, infringing, or that we cannot reproduce clearly.
  • You confirm you have the right to use any text, name, logo, or artwork you submit.

10. Accounts

  • You may need an account to place orders. You must provide accurate information and keep your login credentials secure.
  • You are responsible for all activity on your account. Tell us immediately if you suspect unauthorized use.
  • We may suspend or close accounts that violate these Terms, show fraudulent activity, or put the Site at risk.

11. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Site for any unlawful purpose or in violation of alcohol laws.
  • Provide false age, identity, or address information.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site, other accounts, or our systems.
  • Introduce viruses, scrape data in bulk, or interfere with the Site’s operation.
  • Buy products to resell without the required licenses.
  • Copy, reproduce, or exploit Site content for commercial purposes without our written permission.

12. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site, including text, graphics, logos, images, product descriptions, and layout, is owned by or licensed to Bourbon Blend Masters and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. Brand names and logos of the products we sell belong to their respective owners, and their appearance does not imply endorsement. You may not use our content without our written permission, except to view and print pages for personal use.

13. Responsible Drinking

Please drink responsibly. Do not drink and drive. Alcohol should not be consumed by pregnant women, as it may cause birth defects, or by anyone with a medical condition or taking medication that interacts with alcohol. Keep alcohol out of the reach of children.

14. Disclaimers

  • The Site and its content are provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
  • We do not guarantee that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.
  • Nothing on the Site is health, legal, or tax advice.
  • Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you have that cannot be waived under applicable law.

15. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Bourbon Blend Masters and its owners, employees, and partners will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, arising out of your use of the Site or products. Our total liability for any claim relating to an order will not exceed the amount you paid for that order. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so these may not apply to you in full.

16. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Bourbon Blend Masters and its owners, employees, and partners from claims, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your violation of these Terms, your misuse of the Site, or your violation of any law, including alcohol laws.

17. Third-Party Links and Services

The Site may link to third-party websites or use third-party services such as payment processors and carriers. We do not control and are not responsible for their content, policies, or practices.

18. Privacy

Your use of the Site is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal information, including information used to verify your age.
