Made in 1995 at Clynelish distillery, this Highland single malt has been matured in a single refill sherry butt for 23 years, before being bottled by Signatory Vintage in June 2019 as part of its Cask Strength Collection.

Nose: Aroma is very pleasant.

Palate: Sweet, smooth and with a real oak flavour.

Finish: The finish is surprisingly long and warming.

Distillery Information

Clynelish Distillery is a distillery near Brora, Sutherland in the Highlands of Scotland. The original distillery was built in 1819, adjacent to the new Clynelish. The original Clynelish closed in the year 1968 as the new Clynelish distillery had been built in 1967.
