Whether you are new to Irish whiskey or a seasoned collector, this special release guarantees an exciting journey of taste exploration.
Unlock the Aroma
Indulge in a breathtaking aroma that harmoniously blends ripe nectarines, succulent melon, crisp green apple, and juicy apricot. The addition of pot still spices, such as freshly peeled ginger and crushed peppercorns, complements the perfumed notes of dried flowers and delectable golden syrup. Hints of vanilla, honeycomb sweetness, and freshly roasted coffee beans further enhance the experience.
Savor the Taste
Immerse yourself in a luscious tasting experience, as succulent fruits and a distinctive creaminess tantalize your palate. A herbal quality reminiscent of camomile tea adds a unique touch, while the pot still spices interweave with the lingering floral grain qualities. As time goes by, the influence of charred oak intensifies, creating complexity that perfectly complements the candied orange and dried apricot notes.
Unforgettable Finish
Prepare for a magnificent finale as the fruits and pot still spices crescendo, eventually giving way to the oak tannins and the richness of antique grain whiskey. The satisfying finish leaves a lasting impression and invites you to appreciate the craftsmanship behind every sip.
