A 2007 Ledaig single malt from indie bottler Signatory Vintage, matured in a single refill sherry butt for 12 years before being bottled as part of its Cask Strength Collection.

Nose: Aroma is very pleasant.
Palate: Sweet, smooth and with a real oak flavour.
Finish: Quite rich and lovely smooth texture.
