Detailed Description
A 1995 Glen Elgin single malt from indie bottler Elixir Distillers, matured in a single hogshead for more than two decades before being bottled in November 2019 as part of its Single Malts of Scotland series. Aromas of vanilla wafers, barley sugar, milk chocolate and jellybeans fill the nose. The palate offers notes of doughnuts, lemon shortbread, pineapple upside-down cake and pepper.
