Experience the excellence of Champagne with our Dom Pérignon Brut Champagne Vintage 2013. This exquisite vintage showcases a remarkable connection to the rich history of late harvest vintages. From its creation to its unique characteristics, every detail has been carefully crafted.
Our Champagne is the result of a meticulous winemaking process. The 2013 winemaking year started with a cold, wet winter, followed by a gray and cool spring. Despite the weather challenges, the vines began budding, albeit two weeks later than usual. The hot and dry summer that followed proved to be a blessing. It was the sunniest on record in the Champagne region, ensuring the grapes’ exceptional quality. Harvested on September 28 at Dom Pérignon, this vintage reflects a harmonious balance between acidity and full-bodied flavors.
The 2013 vintage of Dom Pérignon Brut Champagne reveals a captivating interplay between pinot noirs and chardonnays. The enticing bouquet showcases a delicate fusion of citrus notes, a subtle vegetal facet, and a touch of spices. This precision embodies a simple yet unmistakable elegance. With an ethereal attack on the palate, the wine gradually amplifies and flourishes, evoking a pristine sense of clarity.
Experience the Nose & Palate
The delicate nose unfolds in a spectrum of captivating colors. Hints of eucalyptus, mint, and vetiver create refreshing green tones. Mirabelle plums, apricot, and orange blossom infuse a vibrant yellow-orange hue. Pepper, cardamom, and licorice sticks add a subtle touch of brown, while silvery saline and toasty nuances enhance the flavor profile. The mouthfeel is gracefully elegant, characterized by luxurious simplicity and precision. The refined and velvety texture becomes more pronounced at the heart, leading to a finish dominated by a deep sensation of consistency, highlighted by a delightful salinity.
