An 18-year-old Clynelish released for The Whisky Exchange Whisky Show 2014. Heavily sherried whiskies from Clynelish don’t come around very often, and this one carefully balances sherry fruit with the distillery’s famed fruity and waxy character.

Nose: Delightful aroma.

Distillery Information

Clynelish Distillery is a distillery near Brora, Sutherland in the Highlands of Scotland. The original distillery was built in 1819, adjacent to the new Clynelish. The original Clynelish closed in the year 1968 as the new Clynelish distillery had been built in 1967.
