Detailed Description
A 2009 Caol Ila single malt from Parcel No.2 of indie bottler Elixir Distillers’ Reserve Cask series. Matured for a decade in just five hogsheads, aromas of sea breeze, chargrilled lemons, lily of the valley and toffee fill the nose. The palate offers notes of barbecued pork, caramel ice cream, rosewater and maple syrup.
