Detailed Description

This Caol Ila is low in age and light in colour, but full of peaty flavour. Distilled on 19 December 2007, this was aged in a pair of hogsheads for 11 years before being bottled by Signatory for the Cask Strength Collection on 11 September 2019.

Nose: Aroma is very pleasant.

Palate: This is extremely smoky with exceptionally balanced in flavour.

Finish: This is a very light and refreshing malt.
