Detailed Description
A 1998 Ardmore single malt from indie bottler Elixir Distillers, matured in a single hogshead before being bottled in February 2020 as part of its Whisky Trail Vintage Cars series. Aromas of salted caramel and vanilla ice cream, milk chocolate and beach bonfires fill the nose. The palate offers notes of mellow peat smoke, apples and pears, candied lemon peel and beach-side barbecues.

Distillery Information
Ardmore distillery is a single malt Scotch whisky distillery. The Ardmore distillery sits at the highest point of the Northern railway line, 600 feet above sea level. Close to the small village of Kennethmont, the proximity to the railway line allowed founder Adam Teacher to transport materials from Glasgow to this remote corner of Aberdeenshire, helping the distillery flourish.
