A Berry Brothers Blended Scotch whisky from around the middle of the last century.

Berry Bros Blended Scotch Bot.1950s Blended Scotch Whisky | 700ML Tasting Notes

Nose: Full-bodied aroma.

Palate: There is a much greater presence of peat in the taste than the nose suggests. The smokiness quickly hits the palate and then tapers off.

Finish: Teasing, heathery, delicious.

Distillery Information

Berry’s Brothers and Rudd was founded in 1698, making it one of the oldest wine merchants in the world. BBR also produce their own liqueurs (The Kings Ginger Liqueur being one of the most popular) and release lots of wonderful whiskies as an independant bottler.
