A rare bottling of Glenesk from Gordon & Macphail as part of their Connoisseurs Choice range. This was distilled in 1984, the year before the distillery closed down.

Glenesk 1984 Connoisseurs Choice Highland Single Malt Scotch Whisky | 700ML Tasting Notes

Nose: Very clean and appetising, with a gentle floral character.

Palate: This is extremely rich and very balanced in flavour.

Finish: Long lasting smokiness.

Glenesk started its life as a malt Whisky distillery, then evolved into a single grain Whisky distillery, then returned to a malt Whisky distillery once again.
