Detailed Description
Distilled at Glenburgie distillery in 1998, this Speyside single malt was matured in a single hogshead for 20 years, before being bottled in January 2019 for Elixir Distillers’ Single Malts of Scotland range. A sweet and fruity whisky, it has aromas of cider apples, blossom honey and lemon sponge. The palate offers notes of cinnamon, biscuits and apricot jam.

Nose: Aroma is very pleasant.
Palate: A splendid taste with a warm feel to it. Not to smoky but silky smooth.

Glenburgie was founded in 1810 under the name ‘Kilnflat’ by William Paul. It is neighbors with Glenallachie and Glenspey.
