Detailed Description
A well-aged, very-sherried release from Elixir Distiller’s Director’s Special range ‚Äì a 43-year-old single cask from Glenallachie. This was matured in a sherry butt for its whole life, as you can tell from its ruby colour. It’s a sister cask of the whisky we released for The Whisky Exchange’s tenth anniversary, and this is even better than that excellent bottling ‚Äì big, rich and sherried.
