Matured in first-fill sherry casks for 21 years, this Benromach single malt offers notes of cinnamon, Seville orange, raspberry, honey and soft smoke throughout the palate.

Nose: Nose is complex yet not overwhelming.

Palate: This is extremely smoky with exceptionally balanced in flavour.

Finish: This is a very light and refreshing malt.

Distillery Information

Benromach is a Speyside distillery founded by Duncan McCallum and F.W. Brickman in 1898 and currently owned and run by Gordon and Macphail of Elgin. It is situated near Forres in Morayshire and is fed with spring water from the Chapelton Springs in the Romach Hills beside.
