A 2009 Benrinnes single malt from indie bottler High Spirits, matured for 11 years before being bottled in November 2019 as part of its Master of Magic series.

Nose: Some floral and malty hints.
Palate: There is a much greater presence of peat in the taste than the nose suggests. The smokiness quickly hits the palate and then tapers off.
Finish: Long lasting smokiness.
Distillery Information
Benrinnes is a malt whisky distillery in Aberlour producing an eponymous whisky. It was founded in 1826, and is still active. The distillery employed a unique partial triple distillation process until 2007.
