Detailed Description
A sherry-matured Dailuaine bottled by Douglas Laing for the Old Particular range. Distilled in July 2008 and bottled at 10 years old in July 2018 from a single sherry butt, it’s a rich and spicy whisky, with Dailuaine’s weighty spirit tamed by fruit and toffee notes.

Nose: Fresh and full of a sugary, syrupy fruit salad style plus later cereal.
Palate: Spices to the fore then detect toffee, Sherry, more fruits and barley.
Finish: Nicely balanced between warm spices and fructose and Malt.
