A 2005 Glengoyne single malt from indie bottler Douglas Laing, matured in a single refill hogshead for 14 years, before being bottled in November 2019, as part of its Old Particular series.

Nose: Aroma is very pleasant.
Palate: Firm, powerful. A well-balanced attack gives equal footing to aromas of peat, smoke, spices.
Finish: Long and full of interesting flavors.

Glengoyne Distillery is a whisky distillery continuously in operation since its founding in 1833 at Dumgoyne, north of Glasgow, Scotland. Glengoyne is unique in producing Highland single malt whisky matured in the Lowlands.
