TASTING NOTES
Nose:
Fragrant woodland spices take center stage, accentuated by cinnamon, nutmeg, and aromatic oils. Earthy pot still notes intertwine with delicate hints of nectarine, lending a zesty fruit essence complemented by sprinklings of white pepper. Dairy fudge and vanilla enhance the whiskey’s natural sweetness.
Taste:
Enriched by the influence of Irish Oak, the pot still spices captivate the palate with intensified fervor, thanks to the luscious wood tannins. As the spices subside, velvety tones of caramel emerge, accompanied by the delightful flavors of sweet stewed apple and delicate notes of orange peel. The experience is further enhanced by the presence of dark chocolate, subtle honeycomb, and hints of vanilla entwined with the spices.
Finish:
Relish the delightfully long finish as the fruits and spices gradually fade, allowing the lingering essence of Irish Oak to permeate until the very end.
